STARTING PAY $90-$100K DOE AND TERMS OF HIRE.

THIS POSITION COMES WITH RULE 6 CLERKSHIP POTENTIAL (UPON SUFFICIENT TENURE AS A FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL WITH OUR FIRM) TO TRAIN TO BECOME AN ATTORNEY WITHOUT GOING TO LAW SCHOOL, THEREBY BYPASSING LAW SCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESS AND SAVING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN LAW SCHOOL-RELATED DEBT. $5,000.00 BONUS UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT (AVAILABLE ONLY TO APPLICANTS WHO HAVE WORKED AS A FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL FOR MINIMUM PAST 3 YEARS)

Family Law Paralegal benefits:

Family Law Paralegal requirements:

  • Minimum of TWO YEARS of recent experience working as a family law paralegal (or doing family law paralegal-level work even if not a "certified paralegal") in a family law office required
  • Experience with billable hour requirements is required
  • Experience with time billing software (for example, Timeslips) is required
  • Experience in drafting family law pleadings from the beginning of the case to the end (other than e.g., trial brief, etc.) for the attorney's review/approval is required

Family Law Paralegal day-to-day operations/requirements:

  • The firm is looking for a self-starter with the ability to multi-task well in a fast paced environment and who is professional, dependable, efficient, direct, and interested in a position that involves a high degree of collaboration with the attorneys and overall responsibility
  • Excellent organizational (filing/case management) skills
  • Excellent writing skills (including attention to detail)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with members of the office and the client base
